My time for writing this is very limited, but I already wrote some articles and papers in german. If anyone is willing to translate them into english, I think we have a good starting point. Maybe you wanna start a new thread with this topic and coordinate this effort. I know that there are many people out there that have enough experience with BlueZ to wrote a chapter or a paragraph about it. So the first goal should be to make a content table and then get people to write something.
