Starting with bluez-utils-3.x the PIN > helper concept has been deprecated and you have to provide a passkey > agent. Nobody said that this agent has to use a display. Check the I'm subscribed to Bluez-users digest as well as gnome-bluetooth, read this group on Gmane, and I would v. much like to know where I could see that discussion... Admittedly, *following* it might well be a different thing, for me, but I don't remember seeing references to the PIN helper concept being deprecated. I have seen references on Ubuntu's Users Mailing List that "pairing in edgy eft seems disabled or at least inactive" but I don't know if that's just rumour. I'm probably doing something horribly, horribly wrong. Any info greatly appreciated. Regards. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Take Surveys. Earn Cash.
