The attached "multiop" test program is a toolbox that we use when writing
unit tests for Lustre. It has a number of useful low-level operations
e.g. lstat, open(O_DIRECTORY), mmap IO, etc and can optionally pause between
operations waiting for a signal so that it is possible to coordinate the
operations between multiple programs before some operation is done.
