XFS is ready so we can put in the syscalls backed by XFS. We have already done this with the xattr syscalls in 2.4, btw. Then again I don't think we should put it in quite yet, because this thread has degraded into creeping featurism, please give me some more time to preparate a semi-coheret rants about this..
