The allocator always try its best to allocate physically contiguous memory first. In this patch set, some APIs are introduced: kvmalloc(), kvzalloc(), kvcalloc(), kvrealloc(), kvfree() and kvfree_inatomic(). Some code are converted to use the new generic APIs instead.
