At the moment, our vendor is saying they have a possible solution, and that its a problem with the linux client code but they can fix it on their side. I'll try to get some details out of them that I can forward to you so that you can see whether a fix is needed on the Linux side. Thanks for the offer of help; I'll see what the vendor has for me over the next few days and if it looks like they are barking up the wrong tree I'll see how we can get the 4 gb of tcpdump data to you.
