Actually, have you checked this?  From a quick look at

	linux/fs/nfsd/nfsfh.c:fh_verify()
and

	nfs-utils/utils/mountd/cache.c:nfsd_fh()

it looks to me like nfsd should still allow both the old and new
filehandles.
