Probably. It is a while since I've seen the rdma xprt code so I don't know what state it is in, but then I'm not sure that matters. It would be new code that is not used if not enabled. So adding it would not be expected to affect stability. It should be treated like a new driver which - it has been suggested - can go in at any time.
