I have submitted another pull request to refpolicy-contrib to fix the
networkmanager_read_pid_files macro. In my existing PR to add a
Syncthing module, I have allowed access using that macro and I am
still getting a denied when trying to search the
NetworkManager_var_run_t directory. This pull request fixes the macro
and the access.
