This one paragraph you are interested in, but the rest sure does not concern you. So why did he not privately contact Marcus, but felt he should show a lot of people -- including you? Does knowing this is happening benefit you? Or was it grandstanding? Or accusation? Or a lynching? The vibe is rather anti-BSD. Yes, it will get solved. But the vibe is very GPL rah rah rah, right?
