Probably DFS is required in 5470-5650 MHz range because of 5.450=D0=92 rule
in [2].

I didn't find any TPC or DFS requirements about this 5725-5850 range.

In fact, I'm not sure at all if document [2] applies to our case. Since the
rules in it regulate the actions for transportable radio navigation service=
s
(used in sea, air, space). So these are additional regulations.

The main rules are described in document [1]. And according to them,
these rules do not apply to Wi-Fi devices, according to
chapter 1, paragraph 1, subparagraph 1. Please read from this paragraph:

Since Wi-Fi devices refer to the table in Appendix 1, I think they are
priority.
