This time I know exactly how it happened. I was connected to the upstairs wifi network and I wanted to connect to the other network. I tried doing that by pressing disconnect in nm-tui (tui interface from networkmanager). After that it hasn't been able to scan for wifi networks again. I haven't checked if I could send packets over the upstairs network, but it at least showed up as a connected network. Not in Linux and neither in Windows. The last time I somehow fixed it by uninstalling the wifi device in the Windows device manager, but that didn't fix it this time. Below is the journalctl log from when it happened. As you can see, it's again a failure to load a firmware chunk.
