Subject: [PATCH 1/2] ath11k: qmi: add more debug messages

To make it easier to follow the qmi event flow.

No functional changes, compile tested only.

Subject: [PATCH 2/2] ath11k: qmi: cosmetic changes to error messages

Change the error messages to follow the style used in ath11k. Also include
error values in the messages which didn't have that.

No functional changes, compile tested only.
