No. With the fix from Adrian (below) the one error (ack_APIC_irq) is
gone, but even both fixes (Adrian and yours) did not help with the:

config is attached (config from 2.6.9-rc2-mm4 with oldconfig)

Of course then init stalls in boot just as it normally enables the usb mouse.

You have to include asm/apic.h in hardirq.h (not asm/io_apic.h).
