Subject: [PATCH] Nicolas Pitre has a new email address

Due to problems at cam.org, my [email protected] email address is no longer
valid. FRom now on, [email protected] should be used instead.

Signed-off-by: Nicolas Pitre <[email protected]>
---

This is a simple mechanical eviction of [email protected] from the tree.
This means some old and probably obsolete documentation files are
updated as well, although they rather need to be deleted entirely or the
like. But that's for another day.
