hi,
You have to make sure that bluez installation is visible to pkg-config.
For that u can take either steps :-

i) ensure bluez was installed at standard paths. i.e. its libraries are at
/usr/lib (normally it goes at /usr/local/lib)
ii) set PKG_CONFIG_PATH to where bluetooth.pc lies (most probably in the
folder /usr/local/lib
