logrotate_search_varlib is needed to allow crond_t to search a home directory
used for logrotate. I didn't include my cron patch because it's rather hacky
and it would probably be best to re-write it after Lenny. But no matter how
we do this the interface will still be needed so we might as well have it
now.
For the rest, the only complex bits are the boolean for allowing daemons to
access unconfined home directories, and the Postfix related changes.
