Subject: [PATCH 0/2] rtlwifi: Remove raw reads and writes

When rtlwifi is built for the sh4 architecture, build errors of the following
type occur.

This is 3.2 material, unless some user reports a build failure for some
architecture that actually runs one of the PCIe drivers.

Subject: [PATCH 1/2] rtlwifi: Eliminate raw reads and writes from PCIe portion

The PCIe driver used raw reads and writes on the PCIe hardware.
As all of these are only affecting the configuration space, all of
then can be converted to pci_{read,write}_config_XX calls.
