FYI.
I sent this to Jes ages ago. The dongle in question works well as a
client. You may remove the efuse dump.
AP support apparently is still missing. It would be nice to have that
at some point.

Subject: rtl8xxxu: untested dongle, test results
To: <[email protected]>
Hej Jes,
Kernel: Linux 5.7.10 (Debian)
Device: D-Link DWA-131 rev. E1
https://wikidevi.wi-cat.ru/D-Link_DWA-131_rev_E1
https://eu.dlink.com/uk/en/products/dwa-131-wireless-n-nano-usb-adapter
Bought this to use as an AP with hostapd, but the AP feature
apparently isn't supported yet.
See enclosed files.
Next, I tested this as a client on another host (also running kernel
5.7.10) connecting to a BGN access point. This is what I got on the
client side:
[ 87.902641] wlxc4e90a041cb2: authenticate with 24:4b:fe:3d:d0:be
[ 87.969749] wlxc4e90a041cb2: send auth to 24:4b:fe:3d:d0:be (try 1/3)

[ 88.219990] usb 1-3: rtl8xxxu_bss_info_changed: HT supported

[ 90.439696] IPv6: ADDRCONF(NETDEV_CHANGE): wlxc4e90a041cb2: link
becomes ready
I hope this helps.
Cheers!
