Good day,
I am in the process of building an AMD Athlon powered PC. I am planning to
use a Giga-Byte GA-7DXR motherboard. Has anyone used it with the built-in
Promise RAID controller? I was wondering how well it worked?

promise software raid is nothing to write home about... but it's a
perfectly good two channel ata100 controller.
