Subject: Processor Serial Numbers (PSN) - can it be enabled on Pentium 4

Can the Processor Serial Numbers (PSN) - can it be enabled on Pentium 4.
cpuid seems to always come up the same and I only
found references to it being enabled for Pentium 3.

I believe the serial number was removed after the Pentium III because of
privacy concerns.
