Subject: [RESEND][PATCH] pci-skeleton: Misc fixes to build neatly

Subject: [PATCH] pci-skeleton: Misc fixes to build neatly

The pci-skeleton.c has several problems with compilation, such as missing args
when calling synchronize_irq(). Fix it.
