Subject: [PATCH] hpet: remove deprecated IRQF_DISABLED

This patch proposes to remove the use of the IRQF_DISABLED flag

It's a NOOP since 2.6.35 and it will be removed one day.

Since the patches should all be trivial, you might consider doing
one patch per subsystem rather than one patch per driver, but that
depends a bit on the preference of the subsystem maintainer.
