The PCI based UART can be specified for earlyprintk with the 'pciserial'
parameter from the ea9e9d802. This patch adds missing information about
this parameter.

So I went ahead and applied this to the docs tree since it's better than
what was there before. But is there any chance I could prevail upon you
to add a bit of descriptive text saying what the pciserial option
actually does and how to use it?
