Subject: [PATCH -next] efi/libstub/arm: Make install_memreserve_table static

Fix the following sparse warning:

drivers/firmware/efi/libstub/arm-stub.c:68:6: warning:
symbol 'install_memreserve_table' was not declared. Should it be static?
