Subject: [PATCH 4.19 0/9] 4.19.275-rc1 review

This is the start of the stable review cycle for the 4.19.275 release.
There are 9 patches in this series, all will be posted as a response
to this one. If anyone has any issues with these being applied, please
let me know.

4.19.275-rc1 compiled and booted on my x86_64 test system. No errors or
regressions.
