I'm sending an final (at least I think :)) version of patch
to quotas wrt XFS. It allows filesystems to override quota calls
called from quotactl() and hence XFS people have easier life...
The patch also cleanups some things around quotactl() and moves
statistics about quota from Q_GETSTATS quotactl to /proc/fs/quota.
The patch for 2.4.12-ac6 is attached. I'm content with current
patch so if Al Viro doesn't object I think you can apply it.

PS to Nathan: I've made just one small change in the patch you've sent me -
- in setdqblk() I added test so that it returns proper error when quota
is not enabled.
