Moved to 2.4.18-final. Only change is inclusion of fix for the
binfmt personality change lost in hyperspace between rc4 and final
(matters only in non-x86):

I have no concern in pushing anything to marcelo (my first vote would
be for vm-27, I can swear it makes a difference), but official
mantainers know what they are doing.
