Subject: 2.4.19pre10aa4

This fixes a mistake from my part in task_rq_lock and integrates the
latest version of e100 e1000 per jam's suggestion, it works again on
alpha (was a tux compile trouble).

because I upgreaded the driver to 2.0.30 from jam2. Due your report I
backed out 2.0.30 from rc1aa1 and I returned to 1.8.38.

Can you confirm rc1aa1 works again? in next -aa I'll upgrade again to
the 2.0.30-k release using another patch to see if it still malfunction
for you.

I've got that machine on a couple of days uptime serving 4G+ a day via
that network card. All good so far.
