Attached are some small modifications to the scsi driverfs support:
a. Fix to correctly use bus_id in creation of scsi tape directory entries
b. Invoke driverfs_remove_partitions() directly from wipe_partitions() to separate partition and scsi disk driverfs changes.
c. Modify unique id creation in scsi_scan.c to help eliminate namespace overlap.
