The attached patch is against lk 2.5.26 and is being resubmitted for inclusion.
It includes code simplification for calculating scsi device names, fixes a bug
in creation of scsi tape bus_id, and handles the removal of driverfs partition
entries as part of wipe_partitions() rather than exporting another function
call across layers.
