Subject: [PATCHSET 8/25] add support for PC-9800 architecture (floppy #2)

This is part 8/26 of patchset for add support NEC PC-9800 architecture,
against 2.5.43.

floppy98.c is splited to 2 patches. Please apply this after floppy1.
