Yes, NVdriver is loaded.

I don't have tested without this module (because I works a lot under X) but
I also have had an oops with a non-X application (apt-get).
And Magnus M?nsson doesn't have any proprietary module and he has the same
problem.

Happened to me on two machines, one with nvidia running X and one that
doesn't run X at all and is untainted.
