Subject: Any hope to have a working 2.5 kernels for writing DVD?

Hello,

I have already reported this "bug" for an older kernel:

Yeah it's being worked on, but the bug hasn't been found yet.
Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce yet. I do need to put a 2nd test
machine back into the game, it's more reliable for debugging hard hangs.

Until somebody reinserted this bug, the Linux Status bug should have
been fixed IIRC about previous mails in this list.
