Subject: 2.6-test1 reboots

Hello,

I downloaded and compiled 2.6-test1. When I attempted to start it, it said:

uncompressing linux.................................
ok, booting the kernel.

And then instantly rebooted.

Any suggestions?

I'm using an Athlon K-7/900 with an SiS motherboard. 2.4.20 works just fine.
