Subject: [2.6 patch] fix KEYBOARD_ATKBD for modular SERIO

The patch below fixes KEYBOARD_ATKBD for modular SERIO.

Currently on X86 for !EMBEDDED the variable KEYBOARD_ATKBD is wrongly
set to y if SERIO=m.
