Some. Try the 2.6.0-test2 3c59x.c in the 2.6.0-test5 kernel.

If that's no good, try disabling ACPI.

I have a system with a 3c905b with the bootrom. I last tested test3 on it
and it seemed to be quite slow. I assumed it was because I was mounting /
over nfs. Maybe it's not?

I have no other machines with this card running 2.6. I know it's a
different driver but the 3c990 card I have works just fine on test3.

the problem is the system is a webserver and I cannot reboot it very often.
btw, why do you think this could help? Btw, I was wrong:
The system I use is test4 and not test2...
so I should try the test2 driver in test4, is that correct?
