Perhaps a web page that shows the length and median wait time of
vger's backlog would help answer the usual "did vger drop me or is it
just congested?" questions. Sending resubscribe messages to majordomo
doesn't tend to help matters in the congestion case.

I am being massively spammed through the account subscribed to lkml,
and I thought some spam ended in lkml, or my account filled and
mails were bouncing, so I had been kicked out of the list.
