Subject: cciss update for 2.4.27

This patch adds a conversion function for 2 of our ioctls. It is required for the x86_64 architecture. When 32-bit user space apps make calls into the 64-bit kernel we must ensure that pointers are handled properly. Without this the pointers turn to garbage and result are unpredictable.

Please consider this patch for inclusion.

Thanks,
mikem
