Subject: passing command line args to the kernel

Hi,
Please tell me how does the Universal bootloader(UBoot) will pass the
command line arguments to the Kernel? How Kernel accesses it ? If
possible, with an example, please explain.

Look at the uboot source.

Depends on the architecture. See for example Documentation/arm/Booting
how it's done on ARM.
