Subject: [PATCH 0/3] FS_ENET: move to the PAL api

These are patches, that utilize Phy Abstraction Layer API in the fs_enet
Freescale SoC Ethernet driver. Comments gavered from the community addressed,
+ minor fixes and improvements.
