Subject: [PATCH] Introduce and use get_task_mnt_ns()

Apply after "[PATCH] Fix NULL ->nsproxy dereference in /proc/*/mounts".

Similar to get_task_mm(): get a reference to task's mnt namespace if any.
Suggested by Pavel Emelianov.
