Subject: [PATCH] au1xmmc: remove custom carddetect poll implementation.

Hello Pierre,

Here's another patch for au1xmmc, intended to be applied on top
of your current mmc/next branch. It removes the driver's carddetect
poll timer in favor of the MMC core one.
