Subject: [patch 4/9] x86, bts: fix wrmsr and spinlock over kmalloc

Turn a wrmsr to write the DS_AREA MSR into a wrmsrl.

Use irqsave variants of spinlocks.

Do not allocate memory while holding spinlocks.
