Building with the attached random configuration file,

drivers/built-in.o: In function `meson_spifc_probe':
spi-meson-spifc.c:(.text+0x14b4a8): undefined reference to
`devm_regmap_init_mmio_clk'
make: *** [vmlinux] Error 1
