We do test that config. I guess it's because the build servers are
under pressure recently. Philip/Xiaolong are looking at this issue.

Hi all, sorry for the incomplete coverage, the team now is actively fixing build cluster problems,
which had been down and low effectiveness. With current accumulated builds, it need
at least 1 week to recover to a good state.
