This patch is to fix and improve dpaa2-ptp driver
in some places.
- Fixed the return for some functions.
- Replaced kzalloc with devm_kzalloc.
- Removed dev_set_drvdata(dev, NULL).
- Made ptp_dpaa2_caps const.
