Subject: [PATCH v9 1/2] power_supply: wilco_ec: Add charging config driver

Add a driver to control the charging algorithm used on Wilco
devices. See Documentation/ABI/testing/sysfs-class-power-wilco
for the userspace interface and other info.

I think it is safe if patch 1 goes through power-supply tree and patch 2 through
chrome-platform, but doesn't make sense merge 2 without 1, so, do you plan to
pick this patch for-5.3?
