Subject: [PATCH next] mptcp: make the symbol 'mptcp_sk_clone_lock' static

Fix the following sparse warning:
net/mptcp/protocol.c:646:13: warning: symbol 'mptcp_sk_clone_lock' was not declared. Should it be static?
