This patch series updates AM654x PCIe serdes settings to
latest recommended by hardware. This fixes Gen2 enumeration
issues seen previously.
Series applies to v5.8-rc3
changes in v2:
- Fix W=1 warning
- Remove references to Gen3 issues because Gen3 is not
supported due to errata on AM654x device.

2.17.1
regfield handling in current driver code is made complicated
by having a separate regfield variable for each field which
is allocated individually.
This quickly gets unwieldy once number of regfields increase.
Instead, use an array of regfields which are allocated in a
loop.
